What is the difference between camera fps and shutter speed?

fps (frame rate) affects the smoothness of the camera image.

The shutter speed affects the amount of camera shake in the image.

 

If you increase the fps, the shutter speed will increase accordingly, but it is also possible to increase the shutter speed without changing the fps.

If you want to capture a moving subject without blurring, you need to increase the shutter speed.
